This hotel was in a very good location. We arrived too early to check in but they stored our luggage whilst we went sightseeing. Upon our return our luggage was already in our room, which we appreciated. In the room they utilised the space well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Mr M Gurung, we really appreciated your help. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows could have been softer. Great shower and nice towels. I would however, suggest having breakfast elsewhere. Certainly value for money and I would certainly return.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Very well located, a few minutes walk from Shibuya station New South Exit, connected to Narita airport from this station, has Lawsons and Family mart a few minutes walk away, room had washer- dryer, electric kettle, microwave. Plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for 2 were provided. The space was used very well. We had problems with the dryer part, but Manish took the time and effort of trying to get it fixed despite it being beyond his work hours. Once he left, his colleague helped us by allowing us to use the dryer in another room as we were leaving early the next day morning. The downsides: Using the aircon remote and the washer-dryer was a challenge because the instructions were in japanese and confusing despite using google translate. The pillows were terribly lumpy.

Perfectly great hotel in an awesome location. My son and I stayed her for 4 nights in July and we had a great experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the checkin was easy, the rooms were small but adequate. Our room had a washer and dryer, fridge, kettle and cooktop. The hotel offered a breakfast service and was also really close to lots of restaurants and was right next door to a family mart. The hotel was across the street from the new south entrance to Shibuya station which was pretty handy. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Had everything I needed. Loved the bath, location and balcony. Grateful this hotel has International adapters. Also thought the umbrellas for guest use was a nice touch ( even tho I always missed out) For Tokyo, I think it was great value and a good sized room. This hotel doesn't offer housekeeping often at all. Fine by me, but removing rubbish needs to be done daily I think.

I would give this hotel 2.75 stars if I could. Check-in process was super complicated. Their bed configurations on third party websites are all wrong. Manager was no where to be found when needed but would relay messages through the front desk. All of a sudden is "gone for an hour" when I asked to speak. Rooms are just ok. We asked for the room to get vacuumed multiple times during our week stay because there was a glob of hair on the carpet. It just made me feel like the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Pros - free coffee downstairs, free amenities, washer (to ONLY wash), separate toilet from shower, right next to Shibuya scramble and several subways/JR line, right above Family Mart, walking distance. Cons - carpet, staff not accommodating, Hotels.com, Expedia bed configurations are all wrong. Beware and be careful of this! They will NOT accommodate you based on the 3rd party website details being incorrect.
